He could just be saying that he's helpful to other players in general, and thus it has no bearing on whether or not he's mafia, but an explanation from him would be good.

I'm not sure what relavence that has. Elbodo is supicious of you because you used the fact that you were innoncent then to prove innocence now. He wasn't contesting any similarity there might be. In fact, you're doing it again by trying to say that because something similar happened then, it is necessarily happening again now. That's not the case.

I'm saying that? Where? I said that Inbred claimed I was being "too helpful" (when I really wasn't), and voted for me because of it. I reminded him of the last time he levelled that claim at me and the fact that he was wrong then. That is all I did. Like I said to Inbred, do not put words in my mouth.

All you needed to do to defend Elbodo's accusation was to say that you're generally helpful and maybe provide examples from that thread to prove it. The consequences of Inbred's accusation last time had nothing to do with Elbodo's suspicion this time. You didn't defend against what he was really asking. That's all.

Well, I'm not generally helpful.

And I wasn't being helpful this time. That was Inbred misreading one post, and using that to attack me, who, when he realized that he messed up, retracted his vote and moved on.

So, I answered Elbodo's question honestly, which would be less scummy than me saying "I'm generally helpful, and here's the total lack of evidence to support it!", if you get what I'm saying. I probably should explain that a little more, but I think that might convey my point adequately.

Wait, I are confuzzeled. Fenris, maybe these peeps aren't saying it right, so let me put it to ya this way.

You are using the fact that you were innocent back then that you are innocent now. The similiarities are there, but cutting it down to its bare bones that is what you are saying, which unlike the previous encounter, is kind of new.

Just saying you know.

Just now, you twisted the arguement and put me on the defensive without ever addressing the point that you tried to prove you are innocent now by saying you were innocent then. That's pretty scummy, I think.

Uh-huh. I just re-read through all of my posts, and it looks to me like you just made something up! I never said "I was innocent in the past, so I'm innocent now!", I said (not exactly, but the jist of it was), "That accusation has ended up convicting an innocent in the past, and besides, that accusation was on a false premise anyway."

Now, if I'm wrong, please do show me where instead of saying I did something and forcing me to go back over each and every single god-damn post I've made in this thread to find what you are talking about.
