What idiom? Though I'm sure there's someone who'd say that, I don't think there's any set way a person can react to a one-of-a-kind creature. If the people in question have never been exposed to any diversity, sure, they'll be spooked. 'Course, they'd be like that for the rest of us anyway.
Somebody who's adamantly against magic would be the one to mistrust a transfigured cat. Mages, on the other hand, would probably be very interested in meeting you. This RP is (praying) gonna start soon. It's difficult for me to multi task until the actual game is running smoothly. AnotherOne, is Azza mute too? Or just incapable of reading? I always get this confused for some strange reason. Azza gets the okay. Aramil gets the okay so far. Please list a couple of spells you know. Elves and Dwarves are old allies, although they do have the occasional territory dispute. When Drow send raids to Elven locations, they go through Dwarven territory killing on their way to get to the surface. Elves and Dwarves would rather work together than leave each other weak to a common threat.

It'll be an old idiom the moment I obtain a time machine ¬_¬

She is *not* mute.
Azza merely cannot read or write. She is utterly dependant on the signs of her surroundings. I'm making it that she cannot even sign her mark, she has to use ink on her palm to say this is her promise.

I guess you missed it a few pages back, so I'll ask again. Do I need to come up with a spell list for Safra, or can I ad-lib level-appropriate effects? I'd kind of imagined demon magic as a bit more chaotic and not necessarily defined by specific spells.

It would take forever to get things going and with all the dialouge needed at the begining with one a day post. How are we going to handle it?

Hastur, your spells check out. Invisibility's cool-down will count down from the moment you become visible again, not the moment you cast it.
Yeah, I have been trying to work out a solution for that one... If Safra had any spells of her own without the demon, I would get you to list those. Probably not though, she's pretty young. I'll let you try ad-libbing effects for the demon, since the casting capacity of a little child's body will keep it within gaming limits. Boy was I being stupid with the one-a-day posting. You can post more than once. I will try to do this as well. I do not know how many brain cells will be lost, but it shall eventually be recorded on my character sheet, right next to my experience points. Edit: Oh, before I forget. Here's the list of alchemical ingredients from the game Oblivion. These are great for a load of the mundane stuff like apples and milk thistles. Each ingredient does not automatically give all four effects. The first is prominent if you simply eat it. (Any mushrooms eaten, and I will look up the trippy effects, just a warning.) The first two are the most prominent when used in potions. Multiple ingredients with like effects must be used to create stronger potions. Highly magical 'catalysts' can be added to produce the third and fourth effects, or perhaps other results. Some of the terms are a little different: - Daedra are demons. - The various salts listed come from golem-like creatures from chaotic/demonic planes. - Bloodgrass, harrada and spiddal sticks are also from these alternate planes. - The Dragon's tongue listed is a plant, but I'll be including real dragon's tongue too. The above has been added to the Explainy Rules of Doom+2, also note that I edited the thread-starter post and my DM pc. Now he's finished.

I'm back. I smell like a campfire, but since the smell-o-net won't be invented for another 13 years, you don't have to worry about that.
