Swallow and Roll Out!
|
Rhiya's head whipped around lightning fast as RMB came in to pester Arhra, jaws opened wide, teeth gleaming horribly in the light, aimed at closing around Black's torso, slavering for flesh and a tasty snack.
Even as she did so, she put on another growth spurt, and Monty, seeing this and not wanting to be outdone, likewise grew in simultaneity with Rhiya, trying to outgrow the dragon as the dragon tried to outgrow Monty while in the process of snatching that damned flying Black out of the sky. Rhiya's tail thrashed violently, her increasing size sweeping dangerously close towards Krylo and Phoenixbot...

After the attack Incendius was left much worse off in appearance then he was before. Barely of a forth of his robes remained, and all parts of the remnant were charred and soot covered. The once white mask was now covered in ashes, all except for the eyes, which were as immaculate and vibrant as ever. Ah. Well, thats certainly... nice to know I guess. By the way, have you ever visited Mars? I went there on some of my travels. Very interesting place. You'd like it if you haven't been. Incendius sent.
The force continued to push on Pyros, however with each passing second it started to degrade, and it became easier and easier for Pyros to hold his ground. You know, you were supposed to use a simply flame attack, I admit, you surprised me. I didn't think you were going to waste one of your most powerful moves on something that you probably could muscle out of. It worked to an extent, you'll be happy to hear. Just because we're family and I'm secure about my power I'll tell you a bit about my abilities. With each inch you burned off, it becomes all the much harder to absorb the energy out of the air. Thus, and that the energy burst wore off, is why the telekinetic force on you is getting lighter every moment. Just then, the space/time continuum decided to release two of the high powered beams that had been shot by Mesden in quick sucession. Why hadn't they come out before or when it was shot? It was a very simple explanation, with this many reality altering beings in one place, reality was altered and warped in unexplicable ways. The first very high powered bolt had been aimed at the center of Incendius' body, and as a bit more then half of it whizzed under Incendius. The rest of the beam, impacted through Incendius' robes and completely incinerated them, with the few centimeters that were left untouched set on fire YET again. For the second beam, Incendius was prepared for slightly. The prior one had been sent at him through an enemy he couldn't sense, and was thus completely unprepared. Knowing that Mesden had fired two shots at him that mysteriously dissapeared, Incendius wrapped himself in what telekinetic power he had left. The second beam had been directed against Incendius' mask, and fairly crackled against the telekinetic barrier. For a moment, it seemed as if Incendius would take no more harm from this; however one could see that the barrier was faltering in places. In interest of protecting his core self, Incendius shrunk the barrier thus condensing its power. The beam then easily ripped through the bottom half of Incendius' mask. After the assault, Incendius was left with only the top half of his mask; the one with the third eye. Incendius quickly sent another thoughtburst to Pyros Well, call it a draw? The telekinetic push had stopped completely on the first beam, and now Incendius probably couldn't manage anything in that neighborhood again, unless given a LOT of free time to charge up. Lets do some psychological manuevering. Incendius thought, as he included another missive alongside his previous thought transmigration. This time it was voice implantation ability. Hey! He's got candy, how can we get the candy if we destroy him? Incendius planted in Pyros' mind. It was a long shot to see if it worked, in most normal people it wouldn't. But in Pyros? Who knows. |

Melfice had been bravely fighting off fembots succesfully, but now there were too many coming at him now. He tried to coordinate the fight, giving directions to the others there, but they could either not hear him, or they simply weren't listening to him.
Frustrating. Melfice got knocked down by a few dozen fembots at once and rolled down the floor, before abruptly coming to a halt against a bath tub. His hand also landed against a small shard of, what seemed, obsidian. It... felt alive. Warm. It... it... was melting!? Panicking at little bit, Melfice felt the black ooze crawling up his body, enveloping him completely... "AAAAAAHHHHH!" ((OOC: They're Grunts, and Melfice is an accomplished sword fighter, but 50 pounding at him at the same time? Yeah.))

"Two dragons? What the hell?" Black stopped in the middle of his attack, leaving a cool down time between the charge and the attack. "Damn, Latis get ready. Time to morph!" A jade light flashed as Black was covered head to toe in the peculiar liquid. 'I'm leaving this all up to you.' Latis soon took control of Black's form, instead turning into a large gelatinous blob, tentacles springing outwards from the armored being.
'We've been training for this.' As Latis charged a water spell the tentacles thrashed out in all directions, moving wildly. Rhiya would either catch a slap across the face or experience water filled lungs. Raven would either have to take a hit and continue in or form a new strategy. Either way it worked Black would use Latis as his primary defense until it all came crashing down and he would have to fend for himself. 'Two against one? Isn't that a little unfair?' He thought to himself forgetting he was still linked with Latis. (I guess our almighty leader decides what truly happens. Dunno how any of this'll work.) Falling towards Mime, the last thing Hawk had expected was for his opponent to explode into a dark cloud. He wouldn't make that mistake again so soon. Now falling towards his obscured opponent, Hawk expected everything, and so when the yoyo-like weapon flew out of the dark cloud, Hawk was ready. He swung Ascalon up, parrying the strike and used the momentum to flip him right side up.
Now falling feet first into the obscuring darkness Hawk saw the incoming IC, the deadly greatsword ready to deliver a powerful blow. Hawk tucked his knees in and landed on whatever form Mime was in now. Suddenly straightening, he propelled himself back up and towards IC, using Mime as a jump off point and hopefully sending the unfortunate guy back towards the earth at the same time. He now flew towards IC and as the two came together they both struck, their oversized swords making a great clanging noise as they connected. The force of the blow was enough to rocket both fighters away. Now Hawk was falling again, he needed some way to stop himself that he hadn't used yet, to ensure variety and keep the audience entertained (naturally!). Luckily, the Boomer came to the rescue. It spun towards him and as he approached the last ten feet of his fall he caught it, once again using its motion to flip him over as he tumbled to a seemingly certain death. As he turned completely upside-down he launched the hammer towards the earth, where it promptly struck and bounced back up. Hawk caught it (nearly having his arm ripped from it's socket in the process) and his fall suddenly slowed, the upwards momentum of the hammer reversing the effects of gravity. He landed hard, but safely, a second later. He looked up to see what had become of Mime and IC.

Nikose realized rather suddenly that his massage had been changed into the fembots trying to rip him apart, and that wouldn't do at all. He reached for his Necklace, to find it gone, so instead, he slipped Nenyel from his wrist to his hand, and she took the form of a belt buckle. he coughed while his leg was being ripped at.
"IT'S MORPHIN' TIME!" Nikose shouted, leaping to his feet and thrusting Nenyel out before him. "WHY DO YOU INSIST ON DOING THAT?" A voice that sounded like large bells echoed forth from the item in his hands, before she liquified and flashed over Nikose's body, giving him a battle suit, which was prefferable to the nothing but a towel he had been wearing only moments ago. He proceeded to kick Fembot ass, and rush to the main spa room where Fenris and Melfice were. "Guys, I think we have a problem." Nikose said rather undramatically. He ran over and began ripping fembots off of Melfice, feeling them pounding against his back while he dug. Tentacles rose off of Nenyel and began lashing them away. "Oh, okay, this works well too," Nikose said aloud while he dug for Melfice. |

Mesden took this time to ignore the random shots she fired at other people, figuring they'd get there eventually, and moved on to more time-stream affected targets. Namely, the daring individual who had just crashed to the ground and taken his time to look away from anything on the ground.
Being as fast as she was, Mesden made quick work of the walking distance in her signature "Slide the sword against the ground to leave a hollow ethereal trail in reality while keeping her left hand extended out and mysteriously glowing with a dragon spirit thing wrapped around the very same arm", which was quite signature, she assures you. From the eerie, yet serene, glow enveloping her hand came an expanding shield that, sooner rather than later, became the size of a full tower shield -- almost a giant crystalline-blue tear drop in its shape and color. But from the harmless looking tear drop of a shield came the same kind of golden metal that her sword was crafted from, lining the perimeter of the shield and creating a few extended blades from out of the face. The way she held her weaponry was reminiscent of an olden times Roman Legionnaire, only outfitted in a fiery red, thigh length dress. As the distance between the two was finished, she announced her presence to her would-be opponent in a voice so calm it would leave a startled chill in the average individual's spine, "I do enjoy bouts of meleeing, Hawk was it? Ranged battle always seemed so unfair at times, so let's kill each other in a more civilized approach...That is, unless you wish to go bare fists?" a devilish grin laced her lips at the idea.

"Guys, I think we have a problem."
"Huh?", Demetrius looked up from his oriental massage, a decidly rough one, the fembot seemed to be attempting to squish him by jumping up and down really hard on his back. Sitting up rapidly Demetrius catapulted the fembot off of his back,"Aack! An army of attractive females seems to have decided to kill us it seems. Oh well this was nice while it lasted. Back to work!" With a shout Demetrius called his equipment... His armor of the Chaotic bastion wrapped itself familiarly around him, his gauntlets clapped around his hands and his cloak billowed around him. Quickly looking around, Demetrius spotted two fellow NPFer's about to be overrun by a horde of fembots. "We should help them don't you think?" "Yes, it would be the thing to do." "Whatever. Let's just tangle with some ladies" "Hey, why the hell do I have a tail and cat ears! I hate cats!" "Aww quit your complaining and lets find out where they're all coming from." First we help those two, more firepower and people who've spent more time around here are always a help." Demetrius ran forward into the melee, laughing and leaking chaos. Any fembot he touched was affected differently, some had their original programming restored, others became real women, catgirls, bunnies... and Oh crap! One turned into a copy of Rhiya's wrath form!

Seeing a new challenger rush him, Hawk raised his sword and hammer in preparation for an attack that never actually came. In its place was instead a proposal.
"I do enjoy bouts of meleeing, Hawk was it? Ranged battle always seemed so unfair at times, so let's kill each other in a more civilized approach...That is, unless you wish to go bare fists?" "Well," Hawk answered the ethereal deity, "I would say it depends entirely on the circumstances. Ranged combat is sometimes the only way to do things, but alas, I have only close combat weapons for this fight, so I have to make do with what I have." He gave both weapons a quick spin as he changed his stance to suit his opponents choice of weaponry, bent his knees slightly to increase his agility and raised up his weapons. He then completely changed tact and instead spun on the spot, swinging the Boomer in a wide arc through 360 degrees like an olympic hammer thrower and released it at the apex of his spin. Before it had travelled even two feet the extending arm of the Ascalon slammed into it at the speed of transformation, increasing its speed even further as it rushed towards Mesden. Hoping the initial strike would take her by surprise Hawk charged, the long halberd giving him a bit of extra range with which to impale the god.

"Ah, throwing..." minor disappointment grew in her focused eyes, but there was only so much time to regret the tactical and formal discrepancies of Hawk.
As the hammer volleyed towards her at much more than impressive speeds, Mesden had already caught on to the 'strategy' Hawk had adopted, from the flexing of his wrists to the way his fingers clenched and lost grip during the spin -- and many more warnings signs one must learn if ever to combat thrown-weapon users. Instead of the often seen straight dodge or parry, she decided a combination of both would be satisfactory, as she needed to handle boomerang-esque nature of the hammer she had taken note of during her many intervals of fight examination. Her body, always perfectly calm and ready to react, nearly fell away from the path of the hammer -- almost like mercury dipping into a new container -- to her left, leaving her sword arm left to counter the weapon. Quickly, her arm recoiled, awaiting for the exact moment the hammer would dart by her as she left her vision on the charging Hawk, gladly accepting the diversionary nature of his plan. First, the hammer met where she had calculated it would be and with the almost non-existent bit of time, her beyond human strike caught the handle of the hammer within one of the large serrations on the left side of her sword, hooking the stray weapon like a very, very blunt fish. In the meantime, she raised her cumbersomely sized shield up and in position while turning on her right heel, pushing the left side of her body, and her shield, forward to meet the strike of The Ascalon. Her left foot dug into the ground instantaneously, forcing itself into a miniature trench to take the full impact of what she only assumed was a fellow fighter gifted in strength. She would not be giving ground yet, and fully expected to not only block the halberd, but to catch the blade/spear head in one of the blades her shield also held and disarm him with a decisive swipe. The final piece of the idea was rather hopeful only, but it never hurts to try. Now that she had the secondary strike managed, she could manage the primary, and if not stopped, tertiary attack that Hawk had already launched. Her arm moved at the same speed of the hammer, and in the minuscule time she was alloted, she twisted the hammer's handle with her own sword, making the head point towards the ground, and with a decisive thrust downward, pushed the hammer dead into the ground with her own blade, birthing a large crater and thunderous crash behind Mesden. From behind the sapphire shield she smiled a very proud smile towards Hawk. He was now 50% disarmed, and she planned to complete the second half soon.
