You know, I didn't think of that. Though now that I remember it, you did say he wasn't really one for torture. However, I could imagine him actually doing that. If I'm correct, then he doesn't really talk much. Then again, he doesn't need to say anything to be anymore utterly horrifying then he already is.

Your description of him reminds me of the Nosferatu clan from Vampire: The Requiem.... or just Nosferatu in general.

Because"Dr. Eels" would effectively wipe out Art's entire gang for "medical research purposes" long before they were ever in any danger from rival gangs.

Urge to rewrite backstory and make him 35, with an early life as a doctor, and being jailed for just that reason...

But no, rewrites would be to tone down the disturbing aspects of his character, not increase them.

Vhat is so special about gruesomely killing people, can you tell me? Does it require skill? No. Subtlety? No. Physical strength? Barely.
