If that's all people see of you, you would change those. But I don't think its doc.
Its not Dr. McNinja. He has Blue eyes and red eyebrows. The newcomer has brown eyes and eyebrows.

New OOTS. Redcloak gonna have to choke a bitch, it seems.
for those who haven't read Start of Darkness, the ritual doesn't actually "control" the snarl, all it does is let you move the gate around and use it to threaten people, a la nukes. More importantly, its implied that the caster doesn't even control it, and power over moving the gate is directly given to the Goblin God. So, the ritual is utterly useless to xykon, which means Redcloak either has to bluff like a champ or kill the airborne tramp. |

And here I thought that was referring to the previous update, didn't expect another one this quickly.
Just...wow. Well played Redcloak, well played. |

I really like that schoolin on the finer points of undeath Tsukiko got. There's so much beauty in defeating villains by proving to them the faults of their destructive delusions. Well, going by her last words it doesn't seem like it sunk in, but I like Redcloak for trying. He continues to be one of the best villains ever conceived on so many levels (at least if you've read Start of Darkness). Dude's got layers. And also chops. Chopped layers. The heroes' options at this point, besides wiping out all creation, assuming they manage to de-vive Xykon, is either kill Redcloak or let him set his people free. I can see Roy not buying into the labeling a whole race as inherently evil thing. . .which makes it tricky to tell which option he's going to see as good.
Also, villains defeating villains never gets old. What can we learn here about the self-destructive nature of evil? Is it Tsukiko's own evil that consumes her? Well it was probably her decision to make those wights. (It should be noted, if anyone didn't know, in D&D it's impossible to do anything not evil through necromancy; both the violation of the life cycle involved in animating corpses and the indescribable torment it inflicts either on those bodies or their previous owners, I have been assured, would make it an unambiguously evil act to use zombie labor to build an orphanage.) But in more realistic terms, her unyielding ambition to make sweet bony love to Xykon at any expense, especially the life and well-being of her allies, regardless how feasible it is, is not nice. It's not the kind of behavior that inspires loyalty or strength or courage. I think it's what we could call evil. And it does lead directly to her downfall. Hard to get more obvious than that. I liked her.

It's Tsukiko's lack of any decent quickened or still spells that consumed her. I mean, come on, lady; a necromancer getting grappled to death by wights is just embarassing.
Edit: Or something silent AND still, for that matter.

Well, that oversight may be due to spending all her time and energy trying to get the pants off dead folks. Also getting a prestige class without bonus feats. And probably thinking Int was a safe dump stat. There's probably something about looking for power in the wrong places there.

I would just like to note that Kefka is really the best thing that ever happened to Captain SNES.

That wing cross-section would not generate shit for lift, also it looks retarded.
Dear Jeph Jacques,
I...don't think you understand how airplanes work. Sincerely, TDK IT LOOKS LIKE A FLYING VIBRATOR. ONE THAT ACTUALLY CAN'T FLY BECAUSE MOST OF THE WING AREA IS VERTICAL, SO THE LIFT FORCES ARE JUST CANCELLING EACH OTHER OUT. Last edited by TDK; 01-24-2012 at 05:04 PM. |
