Usually win conditions that end the game involve the majority of people dying. Even if he is lying about it, B_Real's doesn't seem to involve this so it's probably safe to say that him winning (even though he apparently can't anyway) won't end the game.
Adding that to the fact that his willing to tell us who's mafia, I'd say the town has a pretty good shot at winning.
