I have to agree. For some reason the low graphics setting just looks a lot more tolerable on my eyes (not to mention it runs a hell of a lot better).

Hey, got a riddle for y'all. What has two thumbs, just downloaded TF2, and can't get the damn thing to play online?

Answer: this guy!

Seriously though, it can't locate any servers and I have no idea what to do. SSB thought the problem might be with the firewall, but when I looked on the "allow a program through the firewall" setting, TF2 wasn't even one of the programs listed on there.

Please help me out. I'm working with laptop using windows 7 and am very unsavvy with computers.

Apparently a lot of people are having this problem (source: the Steam User Forums) and they all speculate it's because of the f2p surge. Item servers haven't been working either, at least for me. I'd say try it at a more off-peak time, if you can.

I'm having the same problem. I just tried it so I don't think its a population issue (in all cases anyway).

Also, if no one else wants that Ubersaw I'd like it. I'm DruidofUndeath on Steam.
