Timothy held tightly onto the tank's side and insulted Alex in his head. "I could have tught history in school but noo I found a nice reserch job and now strnge things are trying to kill me. I wonder if I could put used to danger on my C.V"

Vincent overheard their conversation on the radio. "Put this on your resume: You were found worthy of getting your ass kicked by a member of Delta Force. That'll scare any employer so much that he'll piss in his pants!" All of the Delta Force members roared with laughter, and Vincent grinned.

Timothy luaghed as well at Vincent's comment. "School days again. I will take you up on that later! I think though that I'll never go to a theme park again, what could be as fun." Timothy relxaed and thought of the good side of this trip.

Nick awoke several days later to the sounds of a hospital. His shoulder in a sling. Getting out of the cot he was laying on he stepped out of the crowded room and went outside to get up to speed on the situation. Wandering through the halls he noticed many wounded soldiers. What is the deal? There weren't this many soldiers at the base. After about fifteen minutes of wandering he found himself in the command room. "Ah Major, welcome to the end of the world." the General in charge said. Looking around he everyone from the escape. "What's wrong?" said Nick. "Well Major, the shit has hit the proverbial fan, and it smells really bad." The General spent the next 2 hours bringing Nick up to speed. It seems that several hours after their escape the complex collapsed in onto itself, revealing the portal had been getting bigger. Fearing the ramifications of an invasion by the demons the US Governement dropped a nuclear device into the portal and detonated it. It made the portal bigger. The portal was now almost a mile in diameter, and imeasurable amounts of demons poured through. The front line is holding at Las Vegas and several other cities along the perimeter, but they had no idea how long they could hold out. OOC: The complex was in Nevada BTW.

"Major did you get that?" the General said. "Oh yeah, shit... fan... smelly. When do I leave for the front lines?"

Thinking for a long time the General finally said,"Well we have another job for you men. Only you men have the experience"
