Warcraft Mafia

I figure we oughta play this as if we are one, united town until we know for sure otherwise. Having a divided town right now will only serve to hurt us, make us lose our edge on the mafia we have right now. We need to put aside any horde/alliance differences for right now, not worry about it just yet. We have bigger fish to fry.

So... anyone have any ideas? Any leads?

Pink Bunny, if the alliance and the horde had separate win conditions, wouldn't the role PM say as much? This leads me to believe that you are neither alliance nor horde, and are trying to turn us against each other.

In terms of voting behavior, Fenriswolf is the most suspicious. He shared a bandwagon with ODWTF, but hopped over to Lunaknight at the first opportunity and then rushed the lynch.

I haven't played much of the Warcraft/WoW games myself (I'm a Diablo fan), but maybe somebody who's actually played the games can help give us a bit of insight on whether or not the Horde/Alliance really makes a difference or not. The mafia members' names were Balnazzar and Anetheron. In any of the games did the Alliance/Horde unite to take these people (demons) down?

I haven't played WoW either, but I have heard them described as the Alliance being righteous and the Horde being more indifferent and neutral.

At the end of Warcraft III, the horde and alliance have a kind of uneasy peace. It's carried over into WoW as well, I think. Think Cold War - both sides pretty much ready for the other to attack. Lot's of espionage, that kind of deal. Basically the two factions had to team up to fight the Burning Legion, sort of destroyer of worlds type group. Don't remember anything about Balnazzar and Anetheron though, don't remember much about specific demons in the Burning Legion or undead faction. Also FOS: Pink Bunny for the reason Nayno pointed out.

I believe you're confusing being active/a newbie's anticipation with stirring the pot. I'd be willing to do a role claim but chances are I'd simply die from it like most do in such situations. Besides, I like WC stories, so of course I'm thinking the angles.

But eh. I'll do it anyway.

Kind of... I don't remember the names from WoW, and I haven't played WC3 in awhile, but I _think_ they're the Demon Overlords that were part of the whole Scourge/Burning Legion link. Something about the Night Elves sacrificing their old tree/immortality to temporarily take them down. Been awhile and never got to play Frozen Throne either. :/

I never voted for ODWTF, and you and I both know that Luna has a huge history as well as a love for complete chaos. Look at his posts in Kingdom Hearts at the end. I actually had to approach him for spam.

Eh? I'm not afraid to vote for someone who might possibly be a townie. In fact, since two scum are dead already, the odds of catching another scum today are pretty low. Not to mention that lynching a townie who's acting suspicious is not scummy behavior, and that if we only looked at people who started bandwagons then we'd lynch a lot of townies.

I'm not a big fan of lynching newbies this early, though. And since I was on the fence anyway, I'll Unvote, Vote: Fenris.
