I'm gonna say it depends on whether it's DB or DBZ Goku. 'Cause vanilla Dragonball Goku's got nothin' on Cloud, but DBZ Goku can go all super saiyan and get even spikier. Spikier yet with more advanced levels of SS.

On Covenant vs Protoss, as brought up in that one thread...

I think Protoss have this one covered pretty well. They bomb entire planets into lifeless hunks, they have STRONG shield technology, their airforce is vastly superior to the Covenent's, they have psionic powers with the templar... All around, I think they have the Covenent beat. I think even the Terrans stand a pretty good chance on the Covenent, considering they could easily outmatch Master Chief and his allies with their own forces.

The protoss also have their mothership, so if the covenant should reveal a superweapon, they'll just be facing a black hole, or doom-beam.
