An entire book? What on earth can it talk about for 200 pages? Surely not all of that is about rolling and DC of...things. Does it have a chapters dedicated to the art of seducing and similar things?

Also I agree with tzimisce; those things creep the hell out of me and were a nightmare to shoot, must remember to punch next time!

Edit: So a link to a torrent is the fourth item on the Google list. Oh dear. Well I'm sure it'd be slightly awkward for a person to purchase such a book from a shop!

I've never actually read it, but I've heard about some things from it, and that sounds about right.

Surely not all of that is about rolling and DC of...things.

There are classes based around sex, and all the usual stuff you get with any expansion.

Essentially, yes.

It isn't Rapey The Rapist: The Rape Playing Game like FATAL, but it is still pretty hilariously bad considering they felt like the roleplaying and combat and puzzles and traps and adventure aspects of DND weren't enough, clearly we need to add penis and vagina to the mix.

But enough about that. Update was good.

There's a method I learned from playing my close combat characters that I carried over to my ranged based characters (as in, just changed to melee and did instead). There's a brief time frame when they're charging/jumping at you where they're close enough to be melee'd and not be hurting you. If you hit them in this frame, they are hurled away from you and take damage. It's a loop that, with practice and mixed with regular "going to town" killing, allows you to take no damage.

EDIT: I think they have 60 HP, in case anyone cares to count their life (I do, obviously).

Back on topic though: I hate those head-things and I'm curious as to how Helen will react to them. I'm hoping that she won't be scared shitless though it seems hard for her to be unphased, unless her mind is too preoccupied with VV to bother registering the abominations.

I have to say I'm very interested in which side Helen chooses for the ending, if any. This is unless DFM extends on this a bit or makes his own which from his writing I think he will.
