I think it's in canon that TIM moves every so often and doesn't keep a base of operations for long, and would definitely move after ME2 if he was planning on making himself your enemy/you made yourself his enemy at the end with Miranda knowing where he is (if she actually did).

which would make Krylo's answer the right one, but at the same time put another point on "Rush End Game Design" for ME3... although i really don't recall anything regarding moving the base. I know there is mroe than one, but that Sun Background is pretty unique.

I think he's talking less about the three ending choices and the final 5 minutes of the game, and more about the general state of your galaxy when the game comes to a close (such as which characters are alive and whatnot). The problem being, as said before, that the actual final 5-10 minutes of the game doesn't address that at all.

Considering they got the entire cast from the JAP version of the game to do the anime, that is EXACTLY what is gonna happen if there is a dub.
