So, I guess this whole sequence was an overly long reference to "TICK TOCK BREAK HEADS".
Worth it. But man, It's just so... sad to hear Karkat honestly refer to Gamzee has having been his best friend.

I am taking this as canon confirmation of my view that everyone is Karkat's best friend because Karkat loves all of them because Karkat is a tiny tender little ball of bright shiny precious sensitive feelings and caring super-hard about all of his friends.
Not that it needed confirmation because OBVIOUSLY Come to think of it I think my favorite thing about this update was that it ends a too-long abscence of Karkat's precious, precious feelings.

And I hate this update. Serial reader problem, but it is just filled with old and new questions, but with no answers.

Maybe they made out and a bunch of blood splattered on Karkat's face from Gamzee's open wound? The dude does have a lot of blood to spare.

We should be losing the Doc Scratch narrative soon, since the disc repair was to finish just before the scratch. I'm so used to the narration now. just images will be odd.

I can't tell whether Jack is really proud of himself for fetching the bullets and is just waiting for Jade to pat him on the head and tell him GOOD DOG. BEST FRIEND. Or if that's his guilty-dog look.
