That's a bit surprising. It kinda seems like a set up to hook up Vriska and John by giving her a John that doesn't know she is evil. Given, Alpha John didn't seem to care that much, but it was still an issue.

For this kinda sub culture specific slang Urban Dictionary is usually the better choice. It's what I'd go with.

Won't stop me from just saying it means one true pairing. Which is what shippers say if they're into their ship a bit too much. Though outside certain circles it's mostly used as a joke.

Searching for OTP just now, I came up with Guggenheim Ocean Tomo Patent, One Time Password and two different banks as well as Wikipedia's list of fifteen possible meanings ahead of Urban Dictionary's and TVTropes' definitions.
