Awesome, Rick! I seriously didn't expect to see myself in that. Interesting choice of sprite. That's actually one of the ones I did without a net. I'm sure you knew that, but it's great to have one of my fully custom poses showcased.

Edit: Flare, you are horrible. I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

Ooh, also, if you guys want some more vague teasery, I'm not completely done with JAQ just yet. There is still something yet to come. No more comics; the story is over. But there is one last JAQ-related surprise in the wings.

There is also another project that I started a year or so ago. (Not NUKLEARPOWER'D!, that's probably dead for now.) Something new. No idea on a time frame for this though. I'm currently stuck on the script, awaiting a bout of inspiration.

Like, out of all the Final Fantasy sprites, I think the closest in pose would be the FF3j Ninja, maybe Celes. One is 8-bit, the other has a cape that I'd need to work around and is female. In all technicality, Blue is a Locke base by way of using Mirai for reference purposes only. A lot of my positions are custom.

But see, I come from the hack-and-slash school of custom spriting, and don't pay much mind to what I'm cannibalizing. I don't know the names of the FF sprites, or which sheets are based off of what. I don't pay close attention to what's custom or not; I just grab people's sprites and mangle them until I get poses I like.

Not to seem disrespectful of your efforts on the sheet. It's just that I'm more focused on the composition of the comic as a whole than spriting as an exercise in and of itself.
