Also, I'm pretty sure there aren't any laws on the books about short people, midgets or not. Midget isn't really used anymore, little people is a preferred term. But dwarfism is defined as being under 4'10" with disproportionate body parts. Achondroplasia is the most common and the one you most likely think of when you hear 'midget.' In other words, I'm just short goddammit. 4'11.5ish, though I usually just say 5'. I'm seventeen, and haven't grown in two years. It's actually kind of funny, the shortest of my cousins is 6 foot even, and about a year younger than me. My parents and brother are fairly average.
