I hope somebody made a favorite for the servers we played on last time because I think aside from Bells the latency seemed more fantastic than normal.

I didn't save it, sadly. What I do remember was searching for empty servers on the West Coast and tried to stick to stock maps. That worked then at least (I think all of us who were there were in that general region anyways), though it may be different for people in different areas. I'll keep my eyes peeled and if we play again soon and hit a good one, I'll note it.

It appears that Valve just patched in a beta of the upcoming "Cold Stream" campaign. I don't know if it's that or something else with my computer, but my L4D2 was running a bit choppy and had skipping audio.

It's also a 500+MB download.

So...yeah.

i'm trying to get my Microphone working for the next time i'm on with you guys and i'm considering recording some of these play sessions mostly because of the LOL factor

As a general note to everybody: Please let other players know when you're recording a game, ESPECIALLY if you plan to post it to youtube or something.

I guess that's kind of common sense/ common courtesy, but I figure I should put that out there anyway.

Might try to get a set of games up this weekend, Friday to Sunday. So far, it looks like we have interest in Left 4 Dead (most likely 2, that's what most of the regulars seem to have),Team Fortress 2, and a couple for Monday Night Combat, possibly. We'll get some times sorted out before then.
