Just one. As the Guardian of the crystals, it needs to be near the crystals at all times or it loses a great deal of its power. It never leaves the crystals, however, so I don't see how that could help.

what is the probbability of drawing the guardian away from the crystals if all of us attack it?

I suppose that it's possible to draw the Guardian away if we get it angry enough. We might be able to do that if one of us attacks it from a distance while everyone else remains hidden and safe from mental probing. If it thinks that there's only one of us, it might get careless.

what would you suggest as a ranged weapon?

I have a bow, so I can snipe it off at a distance. I have a score to settle with the Guardian, so I'd be happy to do this.

would it help if i enchanted your arrows with a portion of my strength? *whipsers to dion on the wind* mabye you can weaken it significantly if you hit it with two lightning enchanted arrows
