Because, as Arhra pointed out, Miss Holier Than Thou was referring to Pinchette.

I think Raiden quitting is more of a problem than Mesden. You'd think that someone would have stopped all the commotion going on in the banquet hall.

While Mesden says she should quit, she knows that that "mistake" actually helps set up relationships far better than simply getting along or clashing with each other. It also provides more of a reason to prove herself.

She also knows that if she quits I'm throwing PyrosNine at her, and nobody wants that.

Except the tree's not so much a tree, but a giant Venus flytrap that buries itself and the only part that's visible is a flower that looks an awful lot like a hawt, scantily clad maiden. And the kitten's not housetrained!
