Eh, I think POS more meant he shouldn't have let you get away with mysteriously having placed giant robots there retroactively. He meant he shouldn't have let it go ahead due to all the problems it created.

The problem with the giant robot, horrible fusion confusion aside, was the fact only one person can really pilot it at once. Its very easy for the others to end up just sitting around, twiddling their thumbs.

I admit the giant robot plan was a bad idea, and that's why I even started moving to scrap the giant robot altogether quickly, which I thought you'd agreed with when you ended that fight quickly.

But alright then. If you're willing to pile on the blame a bloody month after the fact, then that's fine with me. I hereby quit NPF Avatars for the rest of it's bloody, poorly thought out existence.

Since Newb jumped the gun, there's this possibility, still.

But I thought I'd at least run it by you guys first: Would you be willing to take a break and try finishing this RP in a couple months when everyone's had some time to get their batteries recharged? I'd hate to just cut this short and pretend like it never happened (the last post was mostly just for enhanced comedic suckiness), but it's up to everyone else.

I say we wait a bit, until the time's right for a new Avvy, to think up some developments, new directions for ourselves, and build up some energy to let loose as our Avatars. It's not a good rp if we have to work at being (more or less) our selves. Maybe even find us some goldmines worth of RP talent in the meantime.

I dunno about dates and times, but between 3-6 months works for me. As long as we all snap back in prime RP time, which is when we all have just started getting into the daily grind of school and work and are still ways away from being swamped with the heavy stuff.

As for me, I'm gonna ready myself up. I'm going to vigorously attack Zanak'Xala, perhaps fire phazers at the Star Trek RP, and/or start up a LOTR Space or Soldiers of Light: Gaiden rp of my own.

I'd come back in 3 or 4 months to this, the mauve storyline seems like a good start too. So instead of the traditional everyone starts when the RP does we can actually have people appear along the way.

Oh and while I haven't posted in a while I have been reading it the whole time.

I'll be happy to jump back in, whenever it starts back up again. A break is good cuz I need to recharge my creative energy a bit, but when Avvy returns, I WILL BE THERE. Because I have no life-- I mean because.. um... Aw hell, because I have no life and I really do like these things, as weird as they are.

Oh, and I like the Mauve storyline too. No bias here. >.> <.<

Looking forward to seeing what Pyros' storyline will be, too.

Well, if we end up resuming later, I'd basically be putting in place a jump forward of nearly a year, as the RP started in May 2007 and had, until its hiatus, taken place over the course of a day.

When and/or if we finish the RP, it will take place a couple months or so from now, with a nine or ten month period skipped in the story. If you and Mauve have stayed close in all that time, coolness. However, there's no obligation for either of you to have done so.
