How could she choose her own nickname? All she can say is her own name. I suppose we could get a psychic all up in there, though.

I'm very, very tempted to make it Sparklesnatch.

And I dunno, I think AB might have to do it. Pierce would hate any name Renny come up with and Nagarai might hate it aswell if Pierce promises that he might maybe make out with her sometime in the possible future.

Hm, actually, Renny would have to do. Most of AB's NPCs are females and Nagarai will absolutely hate on any girl that comes near Pierce.

Back! Just came home from work, so I'm sorry if I seem inattentive to all this new change.

So, there is a demand for an endearing cute name for a female dragon with prominence on rain and lightning with a personality slightly similar to Renny. (No wonder Pierce rejected her constantly given how he hates Renny.)

... Did I just read that Pierce may have to make out with said Nagarai?

Anyhow to be honest, I tend to find nicknames harder for me, since in my past history of making character names, I give somewhat unique names to my familiar/animal companions/avatar pulled from other locations rather than just dereivitives of traits they use. (I used Mero in dead Magical Fracas, Mageta in the short lived Yugi-Oh RP, Jugan in the dead Final Fantasy one...) In Nagarai's case, I just pulled up some words from other languages and tried to suggest ways to put them together, since that's the entire theme of Pokemon naming like how Articuno is basically "Arctic" which is ice and "uno" which is spanish for number 1 since it is one of the trio of legendary birds which also use spanish numbers in their names, (Dos in Zapdos is spanish for two while Tres in Moltres is spanish for three.)

Anyhow, unless you want to do some "clever" name rhyming like Rayne for "Rain" or something like that...

Anyhow, I'll keep thinking...

Well, it doesn't have to be Menarker to come up with the name. Someone could come up with a good name and he's the one that introduces it. I'm still thinking.

Also, yes, your pokemon's height/weight thing does look odd. I'm only a few inches taller than it, and I definately weigh more than Nagarai, and I'm pretty darn skinny compared to the peers my age group.

Most pokemons are smaller than full grown adults when you look up their stats... but then again the pokemon world is weird about all that sort of things.

I think the weight is fine. It is sorta skinny, but considering that it's a magical thunder dragon that changes the weather, I think minor errors in the height/weight ratio are the least of our problems.

And all of Menarker's names sound too badass. We want something endearing. Pretend you were naming a powerpuff girl.

But yeah, naming nicknames I believe I suck at. Sprinkle? Dew? Showersplash? Water-Balloon? (To rib on lack of boobies) =P

Prism? Iris? Rainbow?

Maybe a name with clouds, since that's where thunder/lightning comes from.

Billow? Breeze? Zephyria? (Just stuck "ia" after Zephyr.)

More names!

Try to come up with something thunder-related while still fitting if you can.
