Do you guys think I should take an art class? I've been thinking about it, but quite frankly, I'm a bit scared.

Yes, you should. I took art class last year, and I'm taking it this year. I learned a lot from art class, espacially how to use perspective.

I second that. Art class will only help you improve.

Also, if you're more interested in drawing, I recommend getting the book Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain. You can probably find it at your local Chapters/what-have-you. It basically explains (simply) the brain processes that happen when you're drawing, the basic skills you need for drawing, and some exercises for these skills. IT IS EXTREMELY USEFUL. I say that without any exaggeration.

I'd add a bit more to my post, but since school started I don't have much time for the forums. Keep up the good work everyone

Hehe, I drew this today on a table cover at an italian restaurant. It was done with a blue pen. It looked cool to me, so I tore it off and took it.

And I think I'm going to take that art class, I'm just not sure I can do anything that didn't involve a pencil, since I erase alot. A whole bunch. That book sounds interesting,Madhatter, I shall pick it up next time I'm at the bookstore (hopefully soon).

Your's look pretty good Jagovolot. And Wandering Actor, I appluad you for doing so good with pen. I hate pens. They are the bane of my existence.
