OK, I get it now, B_Real. So that burly animal was meant to show SK and that thing with Loki being bitten by presumably Newb showed that he was being initiated into the Vampire cult. There were apparently a lot more clues than I thought there were...

...The Burly animal was a reference to FF6's Umaru whose a good friend of Mog, who is coincidentally a Moogle, who we have a player here named Moogle0119, not to show SK. And yes, That was Loki's initiation.

OH, that's what tripped me up. See, in the version I played, his name was spelled Umaro.

Doesn't matter anyway, we all knew LoJ was prison guard.
