perhaps the consolation prize for being bumped off on the first night could be the ability to request a particular position? It could still be declined by the GO of course if, for instance, all three first-nighters requested the same spot, but it would make people who get out too soon more likely to play the next time.

Wow, thats a lot of opinions well I was gone. Anyway, it seems my vote won't matter. But I agree that No lynch is the best option. I am shocked about what has happened with EPS.
