Ah, right. Read the discussion thread before I noticed your post.
Still, my point stands. Psychic rifle would be a lot more helpful here than ghost, and I would have switched had I been given the opportunity. So I'm going to assume I did. ^^ |

Go on ahead and mindrape whoever you want. I suggested the Machokes because both of them together could probably down Tyranitar.
And also because we don't know which, if any, of the wilds will run away.

Reason for Rain Dance. I get a STAB with Hydro Pump and Thunder suddenly gets 100% accuracy. None of the opponents get a buff.

Sure, good idea.
Though speaking of weather... Pierce's Tyranitar is constantly Sand-Streaming, isn't it? That means every round its been in combat, we've been taking some damage? Should've brought the weather cloak... |

Okay, I see your point. My knowledge of Castform is woefully lacking.
But looking at Bulbapedia, it doesn't seem like Castform can use Hydro Pump. And a question is raised. If Hail and Rain Dance can coexist, what form would Castform take? Or would it take both types? And another question, AB. Have you been taking into account Tyranitar's Sand Stream?

I'm guessing it'd be up to the castform. ^^
And while Draconion seems to be right about the hydro pump, weather ball is barely any less powerful. Slightly lower damage, but 100 accuracy. Also, even if the first battle didn't involve a sandstorm, I really wouldn't mind. Most it would've done was sap Impact's HP enough to kill him. |

Ah your right. No hydro pump. Just Weather Ball. Main reason would be so Rachel's thunder would be 100% accuracy. I considered Hail but that would be nice on the Kingdra.

Ah well. Guess I'll read the posts and make mine. AB: Can those caught in pincer battle switch with someone on the other side AND attack on the same round? Last edited by Menarker; 03-13-2010 at 08:06 PM. |
