... is this discussion open to others as well? Heh, here I was thinking we could have one big thread for all of the week, like the other times...

Maybe it's the fact that I just got up, but that didn't seem too funny to me, although I'm a huge fan of White Ninja. For being on that level, it just lacks that indefinite something... your typical White Ninja comic does have a coherent plot, be it ever so absurd. The Sosa-like Entry's just... I dunno. It leaves me strangely untouched one way or the other. Neither hate nor love it. I can, however, understand both the thing about mockery and how this comic can be funny.

One last thing: in art (ahem) and style (AHEM) it strangely resembles a panel in my last guest comic submission...

He's called Arseface, from the great comic Preacher. Survived a suicide attempt with a shotgun. More info in the thread the link directs you to.

I have the first couple comics of that. The Preacher was a man who was suddenly given the power of the voice of God and people would be compelled to do whatever he said. I can't remember when I stopped collecting it. But I think I started to get squeamish when he told a Sheriff to "Go *&^$@*$ yourself" and he went and cut off his own penis and shoved it into his spleen....

I thought today's comic was the greatest thing I've ever laid eyes on, and I've even seen gorgeous naked people. I think I'll attribute the comics success to the fact that it wasn't an ammateur sprite comic...

As for this comic being an insult to everyone who actually worked on their comics, I think it's more an insult to everyone who didn't. I mean, some people must have been just as lazy and actually have intended to win.

I worked on my guest comic for a good three days straight, and it was frigging 2:00 AM when I finally sent it in. If it's not posted, Brian will be receiving my mutilated remains in the mail after I go berzerk.

Oh, and I was named after the place I drowned to death in before I was born.
