Okay, guys, printing out your character sheets as we speak. Sorry I couldn't get on yesterday...all the radiators in my apartsment startsed spewing water, which diverted water from the toilet, rendering it unable to flush, also soaking many clothes and books...serves me right for not being more organized, I guess, but it was still a huge mess. Fear not; no D&D books were harmed. Poor Digital Web...poor Tenchi in Tokyo...
Anyway, sorry for the delay. I am typically unable to get online Sundays, I'm busy until 5 M-F, and I have classes M & W nights. When do other people usually get online, and what time would be good to play?

Tenchi in Tokyo sucks, it deserves to die.
Also, since it's only a minor change, switched my Short Sword to a Rapier. And since I don't know wha tthe cost of equipment if, just give him some basic survival/rouge stuff. Edit - Mostly any time.

I'm online most weekdays from around 11am - 6 or 7pm (GMT+2). Weekends are less predictable, depending on a variety of factors.

Okay, awaiting character sheets from DB and Thaum, an updated sheet for Andy, and names for Dante's & IHMN's chars.
TO ALL NEWCOMERS: This thread is now reserved for the players already involved in the game. There are already more than I had anticipated, and there is currently no room for more. If you think this all sounds like fun and want to know more about it, post in the stickied D&D thread instead. I love talking about gaming stuff, just let's do the general stuff there and the more specific stuff here. The campaign, barring any serious objections, will begin in the Dalelands. The towns are often small, but not lacking in the necessities, and also features nearby Cormanthor, ancient home of the elves. Lathander is also worshipped in that area, and there are dwarves. I couldn't have asked for a better location for you guys. I'll be sure to post more as I work out the details. Edit: Spellcasting Prodigy-must be taken @ level 1-For the purpose of determining bonus spells and save DCs, treat your primary spellcasting ability score as 2 points higher than its actual value. Edit part 2: Yes, emailing me is a perfectly acceptable way to share your character sheet.

RD, I'm afraid my character may never be named...
Can we just call her Little Elf Girl, or LEG for short? I'm getting kinda used to referring to her by that, and besides, I can work it into the new backstory (the old "family dies" thing is SO overworked...) |

Aerandir Linwëlin will by my guy's name.
Also, I just realized I forgot about background. Summaized version - Elven outcast, went to a life of stealing from non-elves (Easier targets).

I know what you mean Dante, I hate making names as much as IHMN does.
You could always go with something Neat-o randomly generated name like Falodyel Di'reyn, If your like me. So... I'm online on the weekends anywhere from 3 to 9:30 PM EST Weekdays are flexible, I'm on most of the time, or I'm not. Their erratic, generally I'm on all saturday, and only evening sunday.

I don't really think we need to worry about time that much in a forum RPG, as one can just implement a limited 'action' post number per day, or something like that.
Hmm, the Dalelands. Y'know, I only thought that as a ADnD 2ed world, but I DO have Volo's Guide to the Dalelands sitting around as well as a large map of the place, if anyone wanted to see. Nevertheless, it's an interesting place. EDIT: Heh, Volo's Guide to the Dalelands is downloadable at wizards.com. That's helpful. Last edited by Kazastankas; 10-16-2004 at 12:33 PM. |

Final version of Little Elf Girl, the tripper. I can't believe the backstory took up so much space...
