The first Press Start was pretty great, and far exceeded my expectations. It was very obviously a no-budget movie, but at least 90% of the humor was solid, and they managed to fit an impressive amount of video game references into that length of time.

If the second movie is anything like that, I will gladly buy it. Count Vile looks to be making a return, based on season two of Press Start Adventures, which is good because he's absolutely great. I do hope Vlad and the other heroes/villains get on-screen appearances as well.

My only worries right now is that it'll either be too much of a retread of the first movie, veiled under the guise of "Ha ha it's a retread just like they do in video games ha ha", or that it'll suffer from being an unnecessary sequel. If they can improve upon the first movie, though, it should be absolutely hilarious.
