Donate Ideas for my new RPG

I've just began my next RPG project using RPG Maker XP.

My basic premise is that there is a worker from a farm who gets cursed by an uncleansed magical relic. The curse slowly eats away at his soul, replacing it instead with dark and potent magical powers.

These relics, when properly prepared, are used by members of a certain cult, who offer only small pieces of their souls to their deity in exchange for longer life and greater magical powers.

This character embarks on a journey to try and rid himself of this curse, along the way of course encountering many side quests and fighting this cult, but also slowly coming to love his new powers, and eventually being twisted by them.

So he starts to look for ways to preserve what remains of his soul while still expanding his magical powers, which obviously brings a lot of opposition from a lot of different people and places, who are shocked and disgusted at his corruption.

Anyways, I need ideas of any kind.

Cities, names, characters, spells, any kind of ideas you can offer!

mkae him not be a teenager, amybe like have him be 25 or so. Also, a character im always fond of is the foreign martial artist, but rather then making him be the generic chinese kung fu guy, maybe a Thaiwanese Kickboxer...?

Well all true anti-heroes should, by the end of the game, be the ruler of an empire, through cunning acts of...cunning. So the plot should involve him getting the Emperor killed by his sons, and then the sons declared traitors, and somehow or other he gets into the position.

I was thinking of making my main character a 37 year old farm hand who's parents are still alive, and are lower-middle class people with no depressing backstory.

it should have a moral system. the more evil you act the more powers you get but in return you lose your health. but the more good you act the stronger you get with melee weapons but you go insain at times relesing built up evil

Friggin hella tight, also, dont have him using a sword, perhaps a less used weapon, like I dunno, maybe a crop scythe or some other farm tools.

multiple endings goes unsaid. There could be a love interest as well... Or maybe two! One that wants him to regain his soul, and the other that embodies lust and wants his power in a semi-succubus like way, hoping to seduce him or something.

If you need help with names. Use this Random Name Generator. I use it to find names for characters in my books and stories from time to time.

I second the suggestion of using a weapon other than a sword. Or at least, your standard fantasy sword. Make it something interesting, but still believable.
