"Tooth Fairy"
Ok, is it just me, or did they steal the "Amnesia Dust" joke from 8-bit?
And..um...just what IS the plot for this?

Archer and Armstrong vs. the World

The plot: Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, after his failure at the trials of DOOM, walks the lonely and dreaded path of family-friendly kids' flicks, exuding confidence that he will not fall into the same pit of obscurity as Hulk Hogan, the One Who Comes Before, but in his heart he knows that he too will soon be tossed aside, a withered and worthless husk, forever devoid of love and friendship, no longer Walking Tall but forever stooped in defeat, bereft of all joy, with only the shackles of woe and misery about his feet.
That or it's like okay the Rock is the Tooth Fairy and he has to put up with either whiny kids or like annoyingly upbeat kids and maybe like defeat some sort of villain who is possibly going to be a dentist cuz it has to have something to do with teeth.

From what I can tell he's a hockey player that knocks people's teeth out so the tooth fairy people hire him to fill in and knock kids' teeth out. Sounds like a shitty movie unless they apply more violence to kids' mouths.

Ahnuld is both the Chosen One of Children's Cinema and the Valor of Violent Action so it seems clear that he is the true Once and Future Lord of Actors and cannot be easily matched even by the likes of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, or any other lowly actor of the professional wrestling stage. John Cena is soon to follow in the footsteps of The Rock as a false Movie Messiah.

So we are clear

Nothing wrong with kids movies
I have mixed feelings about this. It seems gimmicy but with original movies being so rare, better then another remake I guess

Making it happen.

In addition to knocking out hockey players' teeth, he also crushes the dreams of children. So the tooth fairy corporation (or whatever) conscripts him to be an actual tooth fairy for a week or so. Given that what you'd expect of a tooth fairy is obviously not kosher for a MANLY MAN like him, he gears up to make the job fun and/or hardcore.
Or that's about what I could glean from the previews at work.

I get a really pointed sense of fatigue when movies like this come out. It's like I want to make fun of it but I know there's just going to be more movies like it coming out that I'll have to make fun of and it just never ends. Plus it's like, 'am I really getting so worked up over a movie, however stupid, that is obviously intended for children?' Then I remember that there are actual good children's movies that rely on forumlas less transparent than 'Kids love the Rock, and Kids love fart jokes!' so it sort of reopens the issue. I'm proud to say that I never took to these movies as a kid becuase this concept didn't work back then for Hulk-Hogan in 'Mr. Nanny' and it doesn't work today for, well, anybody.
