Ok, so I've decided I wanna try to kick it online, but I have a problem.... I have NO idea how to use the headset with the guitar, or drums while playing! lol, I connected the little adapter properly, but do I need a regular controller hooked up first (in the same way as the singer needs?) or is there somewhere to plug the headset in directly to either the drums or guitar? I'm totally lost with this.
Any help would be awesome! thanks!

Advice coming from somebody who still doesn't have Rock Band (THANKS EA! 'PRECIATE IT!).

Hook up instrument one (guitar or drums).
In single player, you activate a regular controller and jack the Xbox headset in there.
Not sure how it works in multiplayer, but I'm guessing there will be vocals present in whatever band you'll play in.

That didn't work tho, cuz that's what I thought at first, but alas, no avail.. I'm not sure if I'm missing something or WHAT at this point, but to play online and talk to the other players from afar I've overlooked SOMETHING on the controllers but I just don't know WHAT :S

Go to the Rock Band forums or GameFAQs and ask there?
I'm sure they'd be more suited to help you with that over there.

it's such a tiny little hole, and I play lefty, tha I never saw it.
I had to turn it around a few times to find it
