Gundam Everything

2010 will see the release of Gundam Unicorn and The Gundam 00 Movie, probably around 300 games or so about the franchise too.

In the last few years i don't recall seeing any threads just about the Gundam Unniverse, and i do know some of you love them ol' Giant Mechas, so here it is!

Recently i got around seeing 00 Gundam, and i did like it quite a lot. even though it took a little while to get used to the show... it grew on me quite fast, i never really got all that much Gundam exposition, as the only other Gundam story i followed fully from start to finish was Gundam Wing (but i have followed bits and overall story of Seed, Destiny, V and G)

C'mon people it's a Gundam Thread, Bitch, Moan, Yap and praise!

I own nearly every Gundam Anime every created, I was looking over my collection the other day and commented on how dreadfully sad that is. I could never get into the games because generally they are really piss poor quality.

My Favourite Series is probably Z Gundam. I really enjoyed that one. I love the Kill 'Em All Tomino era the best out of all of them. I found SEED to be pretty but a major Hash job in comparison to the others. It was really poor quality in my mind. 00 was actually well done. Unicorn looks...interesting. If it doesn't ram someone with that Giant Spike I'll be sorely disappointed though.

if you don't mind the Japanese Language, the Gundam SD G Generation series is usually quite decent, fairly enough Strategy and Eye Candy and a truckload of Gundams.

Also, all the Domon over the topness you can handle, not a bad deal.

I was over the fence with Unicorn, being basically an OVA Homage to the old era with a fair bit of re-used designs and probably a nostalgic story, but to be honest...

Unicorn looks damn Tasty, so now i'm interested.

Well, V and Turn A you can only watched subbed so I have no issue with that. I actually enjoyed Turn A, all the crazy designs aside, as the story and characters really weren't half bad.

The models look pretty nice. I kinda want to get them now lol.

I am content to believe the OS (that includes Zeta, even though I never watched all of it), Gundam Wing, G Gundam and 00 are the only Gundam series and the others were a bad dream.

Compared to Wing, most were, eh. Gundam Wing was the only one I really loved like, would watch again given the chance. 00 and G are ones I'd leave on, though Zeta and SEED I'd actively avoid.

Gundam Wing, G Gundam, Gundam SEED, Gundam the 8th MS team, Gundam 0083 Stardust Memory, Gundam 0080 War in a Pocket, Char's Counter Attack, Endless Waltz, and Gundam 0079 where the ones I've watched and completed up till now. Pretty much loved each one but 0080. With Gundam Wing, G Gundam, and Gundam 0083 (it had the best gundam jacking of all time period. hell it invented the term gundam jacking!) as my all time favs.
