He had run ins with the X-men a bunch, especially Storm. I have a bunch of 'em in a box at my parent's house.

ROM's enemies were the Dire Wraiths. As for fingers, I think he had five fingers on each hand but his armor sort of negated them, and turned his hands into claws. Something like that, anyway.
