Fetched the Candy Cane!

Well Since Season 6 is supposed to be about Dean and Sam's relationship. My guess is an Angel dropped him off. Unless god did reward him with his noble sacrifice of his favoured sons by locking them in a Cage.

He didn't look very much like Sam though. His facial expression was somewhat sinister. I suppose maybe being trapped in a hell with Lucifer, Michael and his half brother probably messed him up. I'd be inclined to agree that he's neither demon nor angel though.

When I said it was the demon blood, I was thinking Sam turned into a kind of half-demon thing. Remember when his eyes went black back when he killed Lillith? Sorta like that.
EDIT: Man, I just cannot get over Castiel. He's just that awesome. I mean: "Hey, assbutt!" And then: "Castiel, did you just molotov my brother with holy fire?" "Uh, no." The guy has the balls to lie to Lucifer's face after Lucy just saw him do it!

That's so PC of you

I think the genius here is that even though we saw a perfect ending where all the important points were tied off perfectly, with a single shot they still make us wonder about a sixth season with a dozen questions that could move the storyline even after the freaking apocalypse.
Also on chuck I would say that he isn't "god" per se... as more probably God's Vessel. I mean, that's the theme they use, right? And it would make Chuck seem more natural in the early episodes, while if he really was god all along, he would be a tad more of a prick. |

See, I could go with that except for the way he acts in the entire final episode, and the fact that he just vanishes. He's totally God, and he was the whole time.

If Chuck was God the whole time, wouldn't Dean's amulet have burned hot all the times they were with him?
I'm guessing: A) Chuck was only recently replaced by God. or B) God can just tell the amulet to sit down and shut up.
