I do believe this covers everything. Feel free to make suggestions. I'm just posting the stats right now, I'm going to get cracking on appearance and backstory as we speak.
Name: Nicholai Barbarove Age: 25 Appearance: Nicholai is a rather thin man standing at about 6 feet tall, and somewhat grayish blonde hair, despite his hair color, Nicholai still carries a very youthful look about him.As for clothes, he wears a tight-fitting collared pale-brown jacket, and black leather pants. History: Nicholai was born and raised in the great planet of Coruscant, and grew to love the great speed and business that surrounded him on the planet. This upbringing also made him very accustomed to excitement and he loved to take risks and get into competitions, such as drag racing, fighting, and even breaking into buildings just to see if he couldn't get caught. As Nicholai grew older, he did eventually mellow out, but only slightly, as he still loves sheer excitement and adrenaline. Bur do not be fooled, he may seem foolish and uncaring, but he is still very capable of thinking situations through, and does have a serious side to him that occasionally arises from beyond his friendly and reckless demeanor, and when that happens, you can be sure that the situation is intense. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Stats: You have 20 points to distribute. 3 is average, 5 is max at first level. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3-STR: Physical strength. Yeah, okay. I can see that making a decent Captain. I think you should take a different weapon though; Rifles aren't exactly stealthy, and that seems to be your best combat skill.
EDIT: After checking out all the weapon types, Dagger seems to be good for your character. It takes its damage from RFX, and looks like a good sneaky type weapon. Last edited by Dauntasa; 12-31-2009 at 10:38 PM. |

Hi everyone, I'm tossing a profile up too. Took me a little while, since I'm not even familiar with the setting, let alone the system. Krylo talked me through most of it, so it should be alright. Unless someone catches a problem? Name: Petal Age: 23 Appearance: Fair skinned, dark haired and green eyed, Petal stands at 5’8 and appears delicate at first glance. However, long years of training in sword dance have made her surprisingly fit – she's just good at hiding it. Her hair is typically hanging loose out of combat, and tied back in. Typical attire includes dark blue and black clothes. History: Real name Ilyana L'Adel, a librarian on her home planet Alderaan, Ilyana had a difficult childhood – not that she’ll admit it. Her training with a sword began at a young age, for reasons that only she knows, although her given reasons run from being inspired by fairy tales of Jedi Knights, to just wanting to stab people. Regardless, it has been a lifelong hobby. She took the name Petal after she left her home, once again, for reasons only she knows. It might have something to do with her love of art, especially flower arrangement, or her favored technique with her sword – the Death Blossom. Ilyana isn’t the most open person – if you hadn’t figured that out yet. Her career as a librarian has left her well read, as well as curious about life on other planets. She takes great pride in her fighting style and it was this pride that drove her to leave her job and become a free-lance mercenary, in order to grow in it. Here is my character. Yay Diplomatic Droids!!!
Name: DU-22 Age: 4 Appearance: Unit is a modified protocol droid. It has the basic frame of a protocol droid, being a humanoid shape and face, however modifications give it's movements and control a much more free flowing movement, giving a much more human-like appearance with body language. Unit is plated, but not heavily. Instead a much sleeker design, for appeasing sight and improving dodge movements was taken instead. The head was also changed, resembling closer to assassin/hunter model droids, designed more for perceiving surroundings as well as body language, temperatures, and other bodily indications of what organism is thinking. History: DU-22 was designed to carry the duties of both a diplomatic unit with the abilities to defend itself, meaning to go in and seek diplomatic solutions in enviroments threatening to normal diplomats that are sent. For the first couple of years, DU-22 did fine job of this, striking deals and bargins with a higher success rate than even some of his human-counterparts, and surviving every ambush attempt. About a year ago though a deal went south, and he came under fire. One of parts damaged in him was his obediance chip, and after escaping and doing what he could to repair himself, he found himself free. He took his funds that he had, and with his ability to sell and buy proceded to attempt to stake out a living. He started to build up a funds, got another body, and had a couple of decent armaments. As he was looking to buy a place to live, his previous owner found him, and wasn't happy about his departure, his failure, or his theft of the mans funds. So he was attacked, everything was stolen from him, and he was left in a heap. He isn't quite sure how he got peiced back together, but when he found himself awake again, he had a new obedience chip in him, this time directed to a different owner. Inbred, doesn't the skill Duelist require a Melee weapon, not a ranged one like a pistol?

Krylo took the idea from the KOTOR feat, one can indeed duel with pistols.

I have been working on a Captain character that has max available Charisma and Int. I am not home right now (new years with the family) but as soon as I get home I will post him, plus he has the capital ship ability which will help.

The only fireworks I find to be fun now are the illegal ones.
I took Dauntasa's advise and switched from rifles to daggers. I'm still debating whether or not I should change my throw skill to pistol though.
And this time I am seriously writing the back story, I got sidetracked by Borderlands and fireworks earlier. |
