I would be curious to see where you think I went wrong. No one except for Whitney's pokemon have fainted, everyone's health has been sustained and the situation is now under total control and stable. And swiftly dealt with in a manner of 2 turns.

The reason nobody except for Whitney is gone is that Drac is a pussy who didn't want to give us a game over during the first goddamn battle.

As for what was wrong... primarily target prioritization, rage use, use of healing.
I mean, at least you didn't waste any items but still, dammit, man.

Me telling you now is not going to EVER make me change my form, which is completely within the rules in every regards.

Your form can be whatever you want it to be. But if it turns out to be imbalanced with the upgrades you chose, we are going to go back and we will weaken your upgrades, until your power is on a level with everyone else's. That was clear from the start, and you agreed to it. Don't you dare try to weasel out of that.

And, like I said, last opportunity. I couldn't care less what form you chose, normally, if not for the balancing factor. As it is, there's a balancing factor, and I have time now. So just tell me already, will you? And stop acting like it's some sort of big secret, 3 out of 6 people already know, and the other 3 don't really care. But I'm the only one who balances around here, and since I'm almost certain that balancing will be necessary, and since the 30th is gonna be the latest I can take care of that before uni starts again, and since I do believe you agreed to a deal whereby you take care of balancing yourselves (and since you really haven't been upholding your part of that), I feel quite justified in saying "let me know before the 30th". I might add "or you will regret it", BUT... TH4T'S H4RDLY N3C3SS4RY, 1S 1T?

No. Wait like everyone else. I do have some changes I'd want to make to my development chart I want to discuss in regards to balance, including removing a few things like the RDPA which doesn't fit in with the character concept I got going on, and that sort of thing. But once again, not going to get started on that until it's offically revealed in the story.

See bold underlined part of my quote? I'm already thought things over a bit and thinking I need to edit things out/around. For some reason, you claim I'm not upholding my part of the agreement, when I am doing so. But I pretty much care about keeping the suspense and that's all that really matters from a roleplay perspective. I plan to discuss the actual numbercruching balance things with you, but not until I'm actually ready to do so.

And... that explains almost nothing specific at all. When I asked for clarification, I mean somewhere along the line of "how does *Insert example of supposed bad tactics* compare with all the other alternative options?"

Because as far as I can tell, I think my ideas are "suitable" to do the job with minimal risk. It'll do the job well enough. (The battle would have already ended if Bard's team didn't need more time and thus Drac posted more reinforcements). If you have an opposing idea that you think is better all the way around, I would love to hear that. If you got something debatable equal but with different tactics, then that's a matter of opinion but an entirely workable and valid one and we can discuss these sorts of things.

But we can't discuss these things unless you give examples of "how much more damage can we inflict if we follow these steps instead" or "how much rage we'd be saving if we do the following instead".

Of course, the fastest way to discuss this is basically for you to put forth what you would rather our next battle post to be and compare its expected input/output ratio to my battleplan above.

Anyways, Menarker-sama sent me a PM about a "Yuletide" omake since it is in the general Christmasy season in real time. So, I'll give it a shot. Here's hoping I still know how to be funny...

Part 1 of 5: The First Night...

Rachel: "So, what do you guys hope to get for Year End's Gratitude*?"
Whitney: "I used to be that my brother would get me something every time, even when we didn't have any money."

Whitney: "We were kids back then! I started to actually find nice things for him when I was old enough to not have an unhealthy affection for my own brother."
Rachel: "Ah heh heh heh...right, then. How about you, Harliette?"
Harliette: "Before I ran away from home, it was gifts from Lolianne and dad. But after that, it was just random shit from my boyfriend."
Rachel: "You have a boyfriend?! I didn't know about this! Wait, who's Lolianne?"
Harliette: "I don't exactly like to advertise those kinds of things, but yeah, we're still somehow a couple. Oh, and Lolianne is Lola's real name. She got teased for that name, so she kinda shorted it."

Harliette: "People used to call her Lolicon. Especially when she developed those massive jugs when she was only fourteen."

Anyhow, the current rule is that pokebrids are forced to use their entire supply of paradigm shift in a row for the cost of 60 rage. Which means at this point, that at any given time, a pokebrid has to have 60 rage in which for three straight turns, their base stats are doubled (it doesn't get negated by things that ignore buff like crits) and they have no weaknesses to status or types at the cost of not being able to gain rage for any of their own actions. They can dismiss their paradigm shift early according to what you told us during the first mission, but apparently that would mean they would have to pay 60 rage again to start up the entire process with whatever remaining time they had left.

Your suggestion of being able to pay only for each individual turn at a cheaper cost was something I advocated several threads ago (although I insisted on the minimal 20 rage per turn, which would make it be equal to what it costs currently after the three turns are up.) Gem kinda rejected that though.

So that said, I would be very happy if that rule was added but I'll be content enough to stay as is if it makes things better in the long run.
