1) What if you don't "produce a daughter" for 10 years? Then if I contact you with the bill in 20 it could cause some legal issues.
2) Your devotion borders on worship and I don't accept virgin sacrifices as payment anyway. Your ~~souls~~ smiles are payment enough.

Levels are re-averaged after the dinner with Gestahl. I think it's because they give you a mandatory party at that point, so they don't want you to be screwed.
