Oh also taking a moment to talk about the anime here in this Animation Forum thread, I liked the way it expanded on Ex-Captain Surferdude's character in those Pendulum episodes. That one episode of him farting around town drinking and gambling but then it turns out he was actually tracking down some dudes to then go and brutally murder really expanded on his character re: the being a totally ruthless bastard that someone (Krylo?) mentioned in a previous thread.

Basically the more I look at him the more Urahara looks kind of like Dick Cheney except with sincerity and charisma, IE the most terrifying fucking thing ever to walk the Earth.
