I used to own KOTOR II on-disc and I downloaded a sweet Mod that fixed about 80-90% of its bugs and presumably 'restored' some lost content. I'm trying to digitize my catalog and sell some older games that are on multiple discs so KOTOR II for $2.50 looks enticing, but only if I can download that Mod and access that content.

Pretty sure you can. A cursory glance at google also says yes.
