Stopping bullets is speed, I think. But like Sithdarth said (or what I'm gonna put into my own words) if you choose one of the things Neo is known for, everything else is 0.

I'll call the stopping of bullets hacking.
Now here is a few things about your above average powers. Hacking allows for flying or stopping bullets as well as boosting on other stat, but its all you get.

You can focus on up to four powers. If you wish you can double or triple focus in a power. IE. you get better then a normal focus in one power but the number of powers you can focus in goes down. So you could get a lot of extra speed, but you wont get much else, or you could balance out your character.

Highonpawns as pretty much listed all the powers we need. If you want somthing else post it and I'll give it a yes or no. Everyone has martial ablities and weapon ablities. Piloting does come with hacking but only at its very base level. Everything starts at normal movie levels, the amounts of power normal people had. Neo style powers fall under hacking and its strictly a one only type of thing with a few fringe benifits of knowing how to hack the system. Give me until tomorrow or perhasp wednesday and I should have a lot more info up. The interest in this caught me a little of guard.

Appearance: Black leather, oily nappy black hair, pale, bloodshot hazel eyes.
Specialization: Can dodge bullets like Agents from the good-old days.
Equipment: Machete, Ingalis, switchblade in sleeve of gun hand.
Bio: Was awakened before Neo, was knocked on the head when he was dropped in the machine's sewers. Hates machines, especially the Frenchman. Enjoys close combat, since he gets to see machines bleed. Others worry about his sanity.

Potential powers:
Bullet dodging, flight, bullet barrier, etherealness (the Twins), universal piloting, minor matter manifestation, infinite ammo, acceleration, superstrength, etc.

Much like Gao Hu's, who's invasion force reaches the border and sits in ambush for any fleeing units of Huang Yao Shi. In the grass. Cao Zhen, however, continues to follow the road, as grass is too green for his liking this time of year. You ain't got no K-Mart!
