Making an 8-bit gif

i found this gif making tutorial and i wanted to use BM's hadoken from the second 8-bit theater flash, but it needs to be downloaded, and i have no clue how to do that. i tryed "save target as" but it doesnt support it r something.

can anyone lend a hand?

I have a program that finds all flashes in your cache and lets you save them.

Search for "Flash Movie Extract Pilot" in google.
