Subscription Notification Emails

I don't know if anyone else is noticing this, but all night my notifications have been messing up. I've gotten emails telling me theres a new reply for something posted two hours ago, that i had already checked. (All my subscriptions are set to instant) Ive been getting a lot of repeats of the same post, notifications of an old post, etc. They seem to come in groups, as in, ill get five at once, then ill get five more in like half an hour, even though none of the posts are within that time range. I don't know if this is my email, the forum, or something else's problem. Anyone know what's going on?
