Imaginary Northern Lands
Now, it has come to my attention that Canada shouldnt exist. This has become apparent after I realized that nothing is north of North Dakota. It has to be the most northern place in the wolrd becasue it has north in the name. Obviously, anything north of it doesnt actually exist, and is just empty space. If you live in ND and look north, you will see nothing. Canada is obvioulsy not real, as it is north of ND.

*rolls eyes*
Why the hostility towards Canadians? I know this is a joke topic, or at least I'd hope it to be, but still. I'm curious as to why. Also, what of Russia, Sweden, Norway and Finland (Before Osterbum starts here...)? Do they not exist either? Also, if it is nothingness, does not exist... why did Canada get a name?

For the record, I am Canadian (I live in Bird's Hill Manitoba, outskirts of Winnipeg). Also, if said places are north of ND, they too dont exist. I was just pointing out I live in a non-existant area, becasue in Geo, we have to use 10 nyear old american textbooks and it stated ND was the most northern point in the US.

well the Fathers of Confederation were trying to figure out a name and decided that they would pull letters from a hat. So the first one grabs a letter and says "C eh" the second one follows suit and grabs a letter and reads it out loud "N eh" and the third one grabs a letter and reads it. "D eh" That is the story of Canada's name* *This story is a complete fabrication and the contents should be disregarded and the writer of this post will be executed for trying to be funny. |

Well, there's still the state with the abbreviation of ME... and perhaps Washington that are slightly more northern.*
But yeah. It's one of the most northern states of the United States. Last I checked, Canada ain't part of the US. =p EDIT: * That's looking at a map. In real life, it could very well be the most northern state.

But you misunderstand, I was viewing a map of the US, and it whowed nothing above ND, and the book had nothing on Canada in it. This is finally bringing the light the truth, ND is the most northern part of the world, Canadians are but a fabrication of the media to mmake us believe you are not alone.

The Netherlands are the center of the universe. On one map I saw, it showed nothing BUT the Netherlands. =P

Then I must work on another planet, since all around, there's maps that only show Iraq.

As for the Netherlands, if that is what is only on your map, it must be a pocket dimension, created form the empty space north of ND. The same can be said about that map of Iraq. The truth is out there... |
