I don't know if it's the final nail in the coffin, it sounds like this has to be cleared up first, but he's shot himself in the foot again.

He has some remarkable tenacity to keep coming back after being so mentally insufficient.

Well, I don't remember the specifics, but he filed that something contained homosexual content, and included gay porn in the filing so the judge had an idea of what Thompson was talking about when he mentioned homosexual content.

The judge wasn't very impressed.
