Rabitt's A Grouch
For real. He tried to unbounce Tigger by getting him lost and letting him rot in a tree. On top of that, he's the biggest grouch in the Hundred Acre Wood - he yells at you every time you go near his garden, and always tries to turn you away for lunch.
