I find the gun whip to be a very interesting idea.

"Say, what time is it?"
"TIME TO DIE!!!" I must ask; where did you find such abominations of flint and steal? Don't know why but the gun whip allures me like a Galleon to a Siren. Edit: Also when I first saw this thread I thought this was going to be show casing weaponry such as the Pilum. Instead I'm presented with house hold items that could transform one's self into a walking cannon! Last edited by Corel; 11-26-2008 at 06:49 PM. |

Also, not only these guns are awesome, but their Upgrades too... juts combine the idea behind the Whip Gun with the Fish Hook gun, and you can have a deadly FIshing Rod gun!! |

I can't believe nobody's ever used the Gun Whip in a game before. It could be the next step for Castlevania.
And on that thought... Cat o' Six Tails Gatling Gun Whip! It generates spiral energy while firing.

Did anyone get a "vampire hunters toolkit 101" looking at some of these? (mostly the crucifix-gun, but then, gun-whip has sort of a Castlevania feel to it)

I was in one of the museums in Chicago, I believe whichever one is closest the the Bean in Millenium Park, but there was a gun-shield. Can't remember if it was considered a buckler or a targe, and I can't seem to find a picture, but it was totally awesome.

That's either the worst firearm or the best lampshade ever conceived.
I wonder what size/type of bullet it was designed to carry? Looks like a right pain to do any maintenance/jam fixing on it. Last edited by Corel; 11-26-2008 at 08:30 PM. |

Making it happen.

Honestly, Blues' ASCII looked more like a crossbow than anything.
And on that note, the Crossbow has always been one of my favorite weapons in pre-gunpowder history.
