So we are clear

Where do you go for mods?
I only recently came back to PC gaming after years of being pretty exclusive to console games. So I dont even remember how I used to get them.
Where do you suggest going for game mods?

I'd suggest getting the Goldeneye Source Beta 3 mod for HL2. I need someone to play it with:P

I mostly look for communities based on whatever game I want to mod. www.planetdiablo.com is smashin by the way. But that database seems interesting; thanks for the tip.

I gots the Goldeneye Mod too, as well as "Half Life 2: Substance" from the same spot. I also cruise Filefront, because of ease of download.
I will admit the Goldeneye Mod has trouble differentiating from friend or foe, as I spent my first match shooting indiscriminately, because they all looked alike and would only show their names if I ran my aim over them long enough. I will play with people who don't mind being shot in the ass by accident.

I'm currently hanging out on the tt-forums.net forum, eagerly awaiting the Dutch Trainset for OpenTTD. Oh, I wish it were April first already. (and no. Supposedly, that date is not a joke. More a homage to the long waiting we had to do for it. Seriously, 6 years since the first post of that topic. @___@) |

Zombie Panic is a wonderful game if you like classic Romero zombies and teamwork-or-you-die gameplay.
