Making it happen.

I haven't picked up a new game in awhile...
The last game I got was CT:DS several months ago and the appeal has long since run dry, so what might you fellows recommend? As I still haven't picked up a 360 and my PC is still barely capable of running Age of Empires 3, let's just keep it limited to Wii and DS games for now (unless there's something particularly excellent you have in mind).

If you're into brawlers at all I'd highly recommend MadWorld. It isn't quite as good as God Hand, but it's still pretty great.

Wii games? How about N64 games that you can only get on Wii? 'Cause Sin & Punishment continues to kick my ass in all the right ways, and it should be kicking your ass, too. $10 to feel that awesome feeling of reaching a new level that you haven't felt since elementary school.

IT'S THE BEST DS GAME EVER (unless you suck at rhythm, then you're just gonna hate it). You could buy Punch-Out!! in seven days, just saying. Otherwise, I heartily second MadWorld, and I'll add ExciteBots: Trick Racing to the list of wonderful Wii games that sadly get ignored by everyone. It's an amazing arcadey racing game that will raise your EXCITE levels to overboard. Last edited by Regulus Tera; 05-11-2009 at 06:30 PM. |

I will have a Puzzle Kingdoms review pending provided I open it up today, which I should once I stop painting. I have high hopes as I loved Puzzle Quest:CotW, and it looks to try and wash the taste of Galactrix from my mouth. GTA Chinatown Wars is the ultimate time-killer for DS, and I highly highly suggest it, especially if you like Drug Wars style games.

>.>*glare* *glare*<.< Since you're open to genre i would Second Klonoa as a good fun choice. If you don't mind games that you can beat in a weekend. Also, if you like RPG's i would advice that you wait a bit, next month comes Phatom Brave for the Wii and it seems totally worth it. Or, i can maybe suggest a game that i'm dying to review and play as soon as possible |

The DS version seems good and quite enjoyable. The Wii Version seems to be a complete waste of money.
Although, the Online element (which seems pretty strong feature of the game) is target of critics on all sides Last edited by Bells; 05-12-2009 at 11:26 AM. |

Dude, Loyal, GTA Chinatown Wars is awesome.
It isn't the best game ever on the DS but holy crap it certainly is a tough contender for DS game of the year.
