So I had an interesting idea while talking to Fenris.

What word do the following images, if the names are said out loud, form?

"Riddick" "Ew" "Louse".

Ridiculous.

What do you guys think? you like? Think we can make this work?

The only problem is that it's based highly on how a person thinks.

So a guy with a clone of himself would absolutely dominate the contest.

I don't think that's very high on the list of potential problems for this game.

While I agree that people are going to have different interpretations, there's no problem with that as long as people are allowed more than one guess. I assume you guys are going to do that, right?

You mean those riddles with the images instead of words or syllables? I mean, they should make some sense because some of them are Riddickewlouse.

I forgot what they're called (I thought they were called rubrics, but they aren't), but they run in some papers. I thought of having a forum game like that too.

Edit: Rebus. That's what they're called.

I have an idea. What if everyone had to post the individual parts they got to come to their word, then the poster would give them hints as to how many were right and how many were synonyms, kinda like mastermind, only with the pic? Just a thought.

Example: my antidisestablishmentarianism collage above (ant-eye-diss-establishment-aryanism)
Guess 1: Um, antichildhood nazis? (ant-eye-taunt-hut nazis, slurred a bit)
Poster: | | / [two correct (ant and eye), one synonym (taunt, diss)] or some similar symbol system.

Oh, I like rebuses! Not completely rebus-y (unless you want to allow + and - of letters, pictures, whatever), but close enough. Looks cool.
