Genre, now?) But covers the most talked about ones. Ok, i know that 90 out of 100 MMORPG's are exactly the same thing, same goes for the MMOFPS's and even the MMORacers. But i'm not sure if this is innovation or if people are just that bored that you can grow a community for anything. And if that's the case, i think someone should Make a Cooking MMO ASAP. |

The last MMO that deviated from the norm that was actually a big name one failed miserably, and so did the one before that. Tabula Rasa and AutoAssault. Unfortunate, since from what I played in the betas of those, they were actually fairly good. Better than most of the junk that still exists.

I'm a little confused... In the videos, I saw 2-4 people playing (what I suppose might have been) online. Where does the MMO aspect come in? I mean, four people isn't exactly massively multiplayer... Or am I just not seeing something?

Cash shop/item mall and a lobby. And a useless leveling system.
It's MMO cause of those aspects. 5 years ago they'd just add online mode for a DDR ripoff without even thinking about it having an item mall or other shiz. |
